Angel Dayan from "Dayan's painting book"
This is from painting book "Dayan's painting book".
I just watched example and drew following rough copy.
I used color pencil of Faber Castel.
Dayan is so cute! I seek for other painter's work of this painting book,
but I couldn't find it. It is unexpectedly difficult to paint even if
we use rough copy.
Color pencil can show good color by recoating.

I like oil pasel as it reminds me of avocado!

Thanks! Oh avocado may be good theme of oil pastel. I like it's vivid green.

I think your right about fruit pictures like avocados making good subjects. Its very classical type of art yet these days it becomes very popular again to do fruit pictures.
